Ginger is another spice that has been used for thousands of years. It has long been valued for its therapeutic benefits in addition to its culinary uses. Its use in China dates back to over 2000 years. It can come in several forms including raw ginger root, powdered, ground, oil, or juice. We at the Marietta Spice Mill only sell the ground version.
This spice is often used in Asian and Indian dishes, and is also quite delicious in teas and cookies. Ginger is also an all around super spice if you will in regards to its health benefits.
